Buying Map Animator Pro gives you the right to use it, including in commercial work, on the number of machines stated for the licence tier you bought (2 for the Full licence, 5 for Studio): see Pricing for current tiers. The licence is yours to use; the software itself, and everything behind it, remains ours. You can move it between your own machines by deactivating an old one first; the plugin does this from its own Settings.
Sharing a licence's activation credentials outside the person or company that bought it, reselling access to it, or running it through anything designed to stand in for a real, individually-activated copy. We watch for licences used in ways that don't look like ordinary individual or team use (see our Privacy Policy for exactly what that means): the usual outcome is a review and a message to you first, not an automatic lock-out, but we reserve the right to suspend a licence for a clear breach of this.
Creating a scene, finalizing it in HD, and adding 3D buildings or terrain all require our online licensing and scene-building service: there is no offline mode for these, by design, not as an oversight. We aim to keep the service available and to give reasonable notice of anything that would meaningfully change it, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted.
Map imagery and data come from third-party providers under their own terms. The plugin helps you attribute them correctly and defaults to sources that are free for commercial use, but choosing a different source (or a paid one, with your own API key) means accepting that source's terms; please read them yourself for commercial work. This isn't legal advice about any specific provider's licence.
The free demo exists so you can evaluate the plugin properly before paying for it. It watermarks its output and doesn't include HD finalizing, 3D buildings, or terrain: those are part of the full licence.
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (trading as Paddle), who is the Merchant of Record for this purchase and handles billing, invoicing, applicable tax and payment support on our behalf. Their own terms apply to the payment itself.
Map Animator Pro is digital content supplied other than on a physical medium. Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply once you've started downloading or using it and you agreed to that at the time of purchase (this is normally a checkbox at checkout, not something buried in these terms), if you are an EU consumer and did not give that consent, your statutory withdrawal right still applies. Beyond what the law requires, we also offer a refund within 14 days of purchase as long as you haven't activated a licence on a machine.
Nothing here limits any consumer protection you're entitled to under the law of your own country, regardless of what these terms say.
Your licence includes free updates. Support is by email at [email protected], with a reply within 48 hours.
Map Animator Pro is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will be free of bugs or that it will suit every use case. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to it is limited to what you paid for your licence. Nothing here excludes liability that can't legally be excluded (for example, for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
We can suspend or revoke a licence for a clear breach of these terms (see "What isn't allowed" above) or if a payment is reversed or charged back. You can stop using the plugin and deactivate your licence at any time.
These terms are governed by the law of Italy. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own country of residence still apply regardless of this clause.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the plugin after a change means you've accepted it.
Questions about these terms: [email protected].
